Where is the World's Longest Zip Line?

World's Longest Zip Line

For your next trivia night where they ask who currently holds the record you will answer... the UAE (United Arab Emirates)! The world's longest zip line is a revolving title where records are being set all the time. Let's take a look at the longest zip lines in the world!

Jebel Jais, UAE

This experience opened up in early 2018 in collaboration with Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) and Toro Verde. This flight will take you 9,284 feet which is equivalent to 1.75 miles or 28 soccer fields! On top of that you can reach speeds of up to 93 mph. And just like a roller coaster, this ride is over in less than 3 minutes. Perfect for adrenaline junkies or thrill seekers!

Copper Canyon, Mexico

If you're not first, you're last. But not really. This experience is about 1000 feet shorter than Jebel Jais at 8,350 feet but the vertical drop is insane at 1450 feet! This zip line drops you into the Copper Canyon which is bigger the United States's Grand Canyon. If you are in the Americas, this might be an easier location to access.
